Craftsman man-hours billed by Handyman of Charlotte; plus all other costs associated with the client’s project(s) shall include, but not be limited to the following:

• Technician hourly rate of $65 per man-hour with a minimum charge of two (2) hours. Time incurred after two (2) hours is billed in fifteen (15) minute increments. Drive time is charged one way unless otherwise specified. Emergency 24 Hour Service is billed at $90 per man-hour - this includes nights, weekends, and short notice priority.

• Onsite evaluation of project (at Clients request only) to provide client with an estimated cost for completion. **Due to the dramatic fluctuations in fuel and vehicle operating expenses we can no longer give away free estimates for small projects consisting of sixty (60) hours or less..

• Pick up and delivery time of materials, plus 33% markup over cost of materials purchased by Handyman of Charlotte on behalf of client. We add a percentage onto materials to cover wear on trucks, gas and expertise to select and find the right materials. **Client can save some money (but is not required to) by having materials purchased, onsite, and ready for installation.**

• Hauling and disposal fees for any waste material which must be removed from client's job-site and cannot fit into a standard twenty gallon trash can.

Payment is due at the time of completion of services rendered. Under certain circumstances other payment arrangements may be made prior to the work being scheduled for completion.
